ジルダール ギャラリーはこのたび、向井 正一による個展 「FLAGSHIP BT」を開催いたします。

向井は大阪を拠点に、FRP樹脂やレジンキャスト等を用いた立体作品を制作。
本展 「FLAGSHIP BT」では、向井が長年制作を続ける「ベビテクター」シリーズ、その新作を紹介いたします。

ベビテクターは、新生児でありながら特殊なスーツに身を纏い、ベビーをプロテクトするベビーがコンセプト。

愛くるしくもあり、小生意気でもあり、どこかキュートな「ヒーロー」。　
作家ならではの、独自の世界観を、ぜひお楽しみください。

Jill D’art gallery is pleased to present a solo show of Shoichi Mukai, titled FLAGSHIP BT.

Based in Osaka, the artist uses FRP resin　as his creative medium. This exhibition showcase new works of his beloved series: ‘Babytector’.

Babytector is a mash-up word of Baby and Protect; the artist imbued his empathy as a father to this series of work, dreaming what if a baby can protect another baby.

This exhibition is his fourth solo show at Jill d’art gallery.
